Experience: Throughout his life, Joe has worked toward building expertise in a diverse set of skills. After finishing high school, Joe became the first employee of the Silent Rivers team in 1998. As a younger cousin of Silent Rivers’ CEO Chaden Halfhill, Joe dedicated himself to learning from Chaden the design+build and remodeling business. After taking a hiatus to pursue a welding degree and to work in the commercial properties management industry, Joe rejoined Silent Rivers in 2013 as an artisan. His experience includes AutoCAD Interior Planner for Terrus Real Estate where he designed floor plans for the new Principal Financial Group building and created the logistics for moving over 4,000 employees into the new space. He was also a Welder for Artistic Iron Works in Des Moines. With expertise in property management, AutoCAD, and welding, Joe brings a multifaceted perspective to his project work.

More About Joe Jordan: In addition to his work at Silent Rivers, Joe is also a talented stained glass and wire artist, and father to two young boys. Joe credits his wife Amanda for being a huge contributor to his success.
