At the Des Moines Arts Festival under the big tent of the Silent Rivers VIP Club is the Creative Cafe, a relaxing space where Festival patrons enjoy stimulating conversations and great coffee. Designed as the gallery for DMAF Curated: Resonant FiELDS, this is where the exhibit expands into a creative experience!

Silent Rivers is passionate about creating vibrant communities and uplifting experiences with art. Every summer, we create the Silent Rivers VIP Club at the Des Moines Arts Festival to offer an exclusive place where those who support the Festival can have a stylish and sustainably-built hangout as part of their tax-deductible VIP patron package. And every year, we make the experience even more engaging!
This is our second year creating DMAF Curated, a prequel exhibit to the Festival that expands into a creative experience once it moves to the Silent Rivers VIP Club. The theme of Resonant FiELDS is brought together through relaxed, open conversations on topics about how and why art resonates with us, why it’s an important vehicle for social transformation and and how it promotes our personal growth and creative community.
