Before we know it, summer will be here. And that can mean only one thing … The Des Moines Arts Festival®, the international award-winning arts event, is just around the corner! Silent Rivers Design+Build is excited to once again be sponsoring and building the VIP Club and Hospitality Suites across from the main stage. While we’re hard at work finalizing our plans to make this the best year yet for the VIP Club and Hospitality Suites, we’re thrilled to share with you the announcement of this year’s invited artists.
Experience art from around the world
The Des Moines Arts Festival announced the 180 exhibiting artists featured at the 2017 Festival during an intimate gathering called REVEAL that took place on January 26 on the floor of Wells Fargo Arena.

Among the 180 invited artists, there are 29 states represented as well as the countries of Argentina and Canada. The selected artists were chosen from a pool of more than 1,000 applicants after making it through the Des Moines Arts Festival’s rigorous 3-day, 5-person jurying process. In total, the jury previewed more than 6,000 images in a variety of mediums submitted by applicants from 43 states, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Israel, and Taiwan.
