Traditional Pergola with a Cedar Barrel Vault

We designed and built this pergola to tie into the client’s Cape Cod style house and an existing brick patio. They wanted a creative structure that provided shade and an area for outdoor gatherings. Doric columns and a barrel vault-like structure complement the traditional style of the home. Lattice panels create a seasonal screen for existing climbing plants.
