Old Farmhouse Addition Creates Master Suite & Courtyard

Originally an old farmhouse, our clients’ home had undergone a series of previous additions and renovations, which had begun to feel outdated and congested. The goal was to provide a sophisticated master suite addition, while better organizing the relationships among existing spaces and complementing the historical character of the house. New construction included the master bedroom, closets, bathroom, office, exercise area, sauna and outdoor shower/patio. We installed extensive custom cabinets and millwork throughout. The clients were pleased with their new private retreat, its timeless design and flow, and increased access to the outdoor living area.
