Downtown Des Moines loft remodel:
From 1990s builder look to timeless Art Deco

Black, white and brass come together for a stunning transformation. Brass inlay tile is complemented by brass lighting fixtures and custom brass veneered shelves. The tile arrangement is as perfect as the matte black sheen on the walls and custom wainscot. This bathroom remodeling was a beautiful collaboration between Catherine Renae Thomas Design Co. and the Silent Rivers artisans and woodshop.

Granger master suite remodel:
From giant tub dominance to centralized shower

Downtown loft remodel:
From ordinary to industrial chic

This bathroom in downtown Des Moines originally had an ordinary two-sink configuration. Desiring a more industrial and sleek look, we gave these condo owners a large custom stainless steel trough sink with two wall mounted faucets. The custom vanity with teal stained wood is complemented by its adjacent makeup station with stainless steel counter and shelves wrapped around the building’s concrete support column.
